One of my photos is featured on Treehugger.com! It is a picture of a Danish pine forest in magical light that got the honor. It was a difficult image to make because it is tricky to convey the feeling of lightness and roominess that was there in the moment. The framing  is hard as well because pictures in a forest easily becomes ‘just som trees’ with careful consideration of depth, composition and cropping. Try it yourself one day and you will se what I mean. I have made many pictures of this or that in a forest that came out really bad 🙂

See the picture for yourself on treehugger.com or in the treehugger group on flickr along with other lovely pictures.

Or, if you like, go ahead and see it in a larger size and with the option to buy prints and downloads right in my galleries. The caption reads:

It is not common in Denmark with pine-only forests this tall. More often we have the darker spruce forests. In the particularly clear sunshine of this day, the pine formed a roof over an ever so gently lit forest hall. The effect was absolutely delightful and fairytale-like.
